STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Payment Terms

All invoices are payable within fifteen (15) days from the invoice date, as per the timeframe mentioned in the approved quotation, unless otherwise stated on the invoice or order.
In the event of non-payment by the due date, Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company reserves the right to apply a fixed penalty charge of 10% on the outstanding balance.

The Company further reserves the right to suspend any services or deliveries without prior notice in the event of late payment.

2. Non-Payment and Legal Action

If payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company reserves the right to file a formal complaint with the competent government authority and to initiate legal proceedings to recover the amount due.

3. Performance and Obligations

The Company undertakes to provide high-quality and timely services in accordance with agreed timelines. However, all commitments are obligations of means, not obligations of result.
Under no circumstances shall Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company be required to act as a third party in any claim for damages filed by an end consumer against the client.

4. Claims and Complaints

In case of any discrepancy in the goods or services delivered, the customer must notify Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company within two (2) days of delivery or service completion.
All claims must be submitted via email to info@equchef-me.com and sent by recorded delivery.

5. Returns Policy

Goods sold cannot be returned unless the product is defective and non-repairable.

6. Pricing

All prices are based on the specified brands, models, and project quantities.
Attached images are for illustrative purposes only and may not fully or partially represent the quoted items.

7. Order Confirmation

To confirm an order, the customer must provide an official Purchase Order (PO) clearly stating the project name and delivery location.
Where applicable, the customer is responsible for arranging entry passes and work permits required by the client.

8. Warranty Terms

All equipment is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the following conditions:

• First 12 months: Service and parts are provided free of charge.

• Subsequent 12 months: Service is provided free of charge; parts are excluded.

• Warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, misuse, natural causes, or force majeure events.

• The Warranty for Chinese origin appliances are limited to 6 months from date of delivery.

All technical and commercial details must be confirmed by the customer at the time of order.

9. Governing Law

All contractual relations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
